Mandarin Plaza Hotel is a good hotel. Very excellent service the staff are very friendly. The room that we had was so cool very comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast was good delicious food lots of choices you can have what ever you want for breakfast. Well done. I recommend this hotel. Family with 1 kid.

mandarin is the place to be...clean room,nice pool,good food,mall is nearby,there staff are good...our favorite hotel when we are here in cebu!

Excellent service. Always with a smile. The room was superb, spacious. Very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was great, lot of choices. Food were delicious. I like to mention Jonathan in particular, he is the Front Desk Supervisor, he was very accomodating, very helpful. He gave solutions to our concerns. A big thanks to you. Indeed this hotel deserves a 5 star rating. I will recommend this hotel.
